Unfortunately, the balancing sticks were on the other side and I fell in. We found an idyllic spot on the north shore of the lake nestled between a small stand of pines and a half dozen other tents. Note that if you want to access the bomber its on the South side of the lake, and that last mile of trail is rocky and common with several down trees so it can turn into a hike a bike at times.
